A mixture of lettuce, cucumber,
celery, tomatoes, carrots,
capsicum, onions and shallots.
Made fresh at the function.
COLESLAW
Finely shredded garden fresh
cabbage, carrots and capsicum
mixed with mayonnaise and
tossed ready to serve.
PASTA SALAD
Spiral pasta mixed with capsicum,
shallots, peas, corn and spices
blended with an oil based
dressing.
POTATO SALAD
Baby potatoes quartered with
shallots, onion, spices and a
special cream and mayonaise
dressing.
MUSHROOM COMBO
Sliced mushrooms, tomato
and onion finished in a garlic
mayonnaise dressing.
TROPICAL RICE
Rice, dates, oranges, onions,
pineapple, corn, parsley and mint.
CURRIED RICE
Rice, peas, parsley, carrots,
capsicum plus white pepper, salad
herbs and oil.
HOT GOURMET POTATOES
Baby jacket potatoes, boiled and
dressed in a parley butter sauce.
CARROTS JULIENNE
Boiled and dressed in honey and
ginger iwth a sprinkling of sesame
seeds.
MINTED PEAS AND CORN
Served hot.
