A combination of freshly prepared Hot & Cold
Savouries served by our staff whilst your guests await your arrival.

2... MAIN COURSE.........
Your choice of any 2 hot, succulent, roasted meats (beef, pork, lamb, ham or chicken). Your choice of 4 fresh homemade salads or hot vegetables along with buttered dinner rolls & all condiments to suit your chosen meats.

3...DESSERTS.........
Your choice once again from our extensive top quality desserts e.g.: Pavlova, Black Forest, Cheesecake, MudCake,Fruit Salad, Wine Trifle etc.

4...FRUIT & CHEESE PLATTER.........
A wide range of seasonal fresh fruit & cheeses served with an assortment of crackers.

5...TEA & COFFEE.......
Bottomless cups of tea & coffee accompanied by home made after dinner mints as your evening winds down.


All 5 courses are served on hard crockery & cutlery. $39.50 inc GST.

HORS D’OEUVRES
Cold savouries include Corn Fritters with Chive Cream, Baby Shepherds Pies, Curried Chicken & Tomato Tarts and Mini Pizza Muffins to mention only a few.

Hot Savouries
Hot savouries include Mini Spring Rolls, Cocktain Samosas, Wontons, Shrimp Shamoai, BBQ Beef Balls, BBQ Pork Balls, Calamari Rings, Marinated Pork Fingers, Sour Cream and Chives Chicken, Sweet Chilli Chicken, Honey Mustard Chicken, Crumbed Whiting Fillets and Battered Fish Bites.

MAIN MEAL

MEATS: Any 2 - beef, pork, lamb, ham or chicken (served with appropriate condiments to suit chosen meats).

 

SALADS: Any 4 fresh homemade salads from our extensive range or you may substitute hot jacket potatoes with parsley & butter for 1 salad. Alternatively you may have hot vegetables instead of salads if you prefer.

Mediteranean - Fantasy lettuce, tomato, cucumber, Feta, olives, dressed with Italian garlic dressing.

Garden Tossed - A fresh mixture of lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, celery, capsicum, carrots & shallots.

Coleslaw - Finely chopped cabbage, onion, carrot, celery & capsicum mixed with mayonnaise.

Potato Salad - Potatoes quartered with shallots, onions, spices & a special cream dressing.

Tropical Rice - Rice, dried fruits, corn, pineapple, parsley & coconut lightly dressed with our own sweet dressing.

Curried Rice - Rice, peas, parley, carrots, capsicum plus white pepper, salad herbs & oil.

Mushroom Combo - Sliced mushrooms, tomato, onion & shallots finished with a garlic mayonnaise dressing.

Carrot Crunch - Grated carrots, sultanas & shredded coconut combined with a vinaigrette.

Apple Waldorf - Chunky pieces of delicious apple, crisp celery, crunchy walnuts blended with sour cream.

Minted Pineapple - Queensland pineapples cut into chunky pieces with just a touch of mint.

Semi Sun Dried Pasta Salad - Spiral pasta, pease, corn, shallots, dressed in a semi sun dried tomato olive dressing.

Wombok- Chinese cabbage, shallots, slivered almonds, eggfried noodles, dressed in a sweet sesame dressing.

 

Vegetables: All vegetables listed below are supplied. If you would like additional vegetables or would like to substitute one for another we are happy to discuss these options.

Panache Vegetable - brocolli, carrot, zucchini, cauliflower, dressed in white sauce.

Jacket potatoes in parsley butter or sour lite cream.
Peas & Corn mixed with butter.
Julienne Carrots blended with honey & ginger.
Vegetables are served with gravy & appropriate condiments.

 

DESSERTS: A selection range of the highest quality available for your choosing, which include -

Cheesecake - Strawberry Glaze, Baked American, French Vanilla, Tropical Glaze, Caramel Chilled, Tangy Lemon etc.

Tortes & Gateaux - Caramel Torte, Black Forest, Cappuccino, Hazelnut etc.

Cakes - Chocolate Mousse, Carrot, Boston Mud, White Mud etc.

Pavlova - we slice & “dress” each individual piece with fresh fruit & cream.

Apple Slice - served with fresh whipped cream.

Wine Trifle - Homemade with jam rolls, jelly, fruit, custard & port topped with 100’s & 1000’s pr crushed nuts on whipped cream if you desire

 

FRUIT & CHEESE PLATTER - Many fresh seasonal fruits accompanied by a wide selection of cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, Blue & Edam just to name a few. Crisp crackers are also included.

TEA & COFFEE - Bottomless cups of quality tea & coffee with home made after dinner mints.
